Residents of municipalities affected by the October 2024 DANA storm can benefit from the new travel voucher launched by Turisme Comunitat Valenciana in 2025.
The new Tourism Recovery Voucher 2025 is a subsidy covering 100% of the booking cost, up to a maximum of €350, for two consecutive nights in tourist accommodations throughout the Valencian Community. It can be used for travel between May 26 and December 22, including the summer months.
The appointment booking period begins on May 12, 2025.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE 2025 TOURISM RECOVERY VOUCHER?
Only adults registered as residents of municipalities affected by the DANA storm can receive the Tourism Recovery Voucher. Before applying, check if your town is on the list of municipalities officially declared by the Consell (Valencian Government) as affected by the floods. The list is in the Annex to the resolution published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat (Valencian Government).
WHEN AND HOW CAN I APPLY FOR THE 2025 RECUPEREM TURISME VOUCHER?
First, you must schedule an appointment:
From 10:00 AM on May 12, 2025, until 10:00 AM on November 28, 2025.

You do not need an electronic signature to schedule an appointment; simply provide the applicant's name, email address, and phone number.
Once you have an appointment, on the indicated day and time, you must return to the website to process your Recuperem Voucher application. For this step, you will need an electronic signature. If you don't have it, you can ask your travel agency or the accommodation where you want to book to process it for you.
Keep in mind that you will need to provide proof of residency in a municipality affected by the DANA storm with your application.
WHEN CAN I USE THE RECUPEREM TURISME 2025 VOUCHER?
After you submit your application and Turisme CV verifies that you meet the requirements, you will receive an email with your voucher, a code that you must redeem when making your reservation at your travel agency or hotel.
You must make your reservation within a maximum of 10 business days, otherwise the voucher will expire.
You can use the voucher for a travel booking anytime between the following dates:
Between May 26 and December 22, 2025. You must meet the eligibility requirements (be registered as a resident in a municipality affected by the DANA storm) from the time you submit your application until you travel and pay for your trip using the voucher.
Please note that you are only applying for the voucher when you make your booking with your accommodation or travel agency. You must receive a notification from Turisme CV confirming your application and that you have been awarded the voucher. Turisme has up to 30 days to respond. You must receive this positive notification to enjoy your subsidized stay.
To benefit from the voucher, you must book at least two consecutive nights. If the booking costs less than €350, you will not have to pay anything. If it costs more, you will have to pay the difference.
If you book restaurant service in addition to accommodation, the maximum discount available is for half-board. You can also include other health and wellness services, parking, activities, sports, excursions, or entertainment offered by the accommodation or the travel agency you book with.
